Il Ricetto di Candelo è sempre stato per me uno scrigno di attività e di avvenimenti preziosi. Adesso le antiche cantine del Ricetto contengono nuove splendide botteghe artigiane: una di queste ospita una legatoria che Francesca Premoli, Biellese classe '86, ha inaugurato nel Settembre 2013. "A dover scegliere una sola frase per descrivermi - dice Francesca - direi che sono una appassionata di libri che ha deciso di prendersi sul serio. Contagiata dalla mia sconfinata passione per il libro e la la lettura, oltre che dallo sconfinato amore per l'arte con cui sono stata cresciuta in casa (mio nonno Guido Premoli, legato al Circolo degli Artisti di Biella, e mio padre Massimo, Gallerista alla Sant'Angelo di Biella) il mio da grande vorrò fare è chiaro molto presto: il Restauratore".
